Description: The Election Precinct feature class interprets the location and describes the boundaries of all election precincts in Will County, Illinois (excluding the city of Aurora). A precinct is an administrative unit for the Will County Clerk Election staff to distribute election materials and resources, conduct elections, and to report election results. For purposes of conducting elections, the election entity divides itself into specific precincts. Each precinct has a specific polling place where its residents go to vote.
